Law enforcement officers regularly receive tips from the public, but most often they are vague, not related to human trafficking, and do not significantly assist law enforcement in arresting traffickers.

DeliverFund Provides:

Reliable, actionable, and verifiable intelligence to law enforcement to further expedite their investigative cycles.

Departments that have used DeliverFund intelligence packages in their investigations have been able to rescue victims and arrest traffickers in as little as 12 hours.

In October of 2018, DeliverFund was involved in a collaborative effort with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office in “Operation Cross County,” which resulted in 75 total arrests. This number includes 32 “Johns,” 11 “pimps,” 28 prostitutes, and 5 victims (including one female juvenile 16-year old).

Leading up to Super Bowl LIII, the FBI launched an 11-day investigation throughout metro Atlanta and made 169 arrests in partnership with more than 25 local, state and federal law enforcement agencies and district attorneys’ offices.

DeliverFund was one of the seven NGOs assisting in this counter human trafficking operation, and we were able to provide support and intelligence to law enforcement.

Over 6 days, our analysts screened over 500 numbers associated with trafficking and provided 58 target packages to law enforcement and financial services industry partners.

In January, a 3-day Human Trafficking sting across multiple law enforcement agencies throughout the state of California resulted in the arrest of 339 suspects.

During Operation Reclaim and Rebuild, DeliverFund worked directly with the Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office, who freed 7 of the victims. Our intelligence also directly contributed to the rescue of 2 victims.

In March of 2019, DeliverFund joined in “Operation Tri Point,” a project comprised of 22 local, state, and federal agents to take down a human trafficking ring in the Houston area.

The reports provided by DeliverFund assisted in the arrest of eight people charged with trafficking among the 47 total arrests and the rescue of eight victims, according to Sgt. John Wall with the Houston Police Department. One of the victims that was rescued was a 16-year-old runaway.

“DeliverFund was imperative in a cross state collaboration resulting in state and federal charges. Within an hour of contact by the jurisdiction that encountered my subject, DeliverFund analysts had put the detectives on the ground in contact with me so we could collaborate our cases.”
